Please be aware that cancelling your hosting requires a 30-day notice. You will receive at least one more hosting invoice during this offboarding period.

Important: Cancelling your website hosting does not automatically cancel your domain name renewal or your email. Those are billed separately. The next few questions will help us figure out which of these we handle for you — if you’re not sure of an answer, just say so and we’ll look it up.

Please consider the following before cancellation:

We have several hosting plan options that may fit your needs if your current plan isn’t sufficient. Please contact us to discuss other options.
Did you know your hosting plan includes plugin licensing that is required for your website to look and function correctly?
- Average total licensing cost per year (included in your current hosting): ~$400
- If you cancel hosting, you will need to pay for these licenses directly.
- If you do not provide replacement licenses, we will remove our plugins from your website and it will not operate properly.
Did you know your hosting includes spam protections and email sending? Without replacing these systems, you will receive much more spam or not receive email notifications from your website including leads!
