We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Customer Support Specialist to join our growing sales team. The Customer Support Specialist serves as the frontline point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and support for sales and administrative functions. This role combines elements of reception, customer support, and office administration to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The specialist will work in a dynamic environment, handling a variety of inquiries while contributing to business growth through proactive engagement with existing customers.

You’d Be Responsible For:

  • Handle inbound reception calls, providing professional greetings and routing calls appropriately. 
  • Direct new business inquiries to account executives for follow-up and conversion. 
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes and high satisfaction. 
  • Assist with submitting helpdesk tickets and managing communication flow as needed to support timely resolutions. 
  • Receive and address basic customer service or support requests, resolving issues directly when possible or delegating to the appropriate team members. 
  • Prepare proposals and related documentation for clients or sales opportunities as required. 
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, feedback, and account details. 
  • Act as a liaison between the Strategy team and clients, ensuring the Strategy team is fully informed and able to successfully meet and exceed client needs. 

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; active listening to understand customer needs. 
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Zendesk) and ticketing systems; basic knowledge of office tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; product or service knowledge to support sales and support queries.  
  • 1years experience in a similar role, preferably in technology or marketing. 
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s degree or higher in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
